Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We maintain our own cleaning checklist to ensure all sanitation procedures are followed. The venue is inspected 15 minutes before every booking to verify that cleaning and disinfection have been completed. Masks and gloves are provided to guests upon arrival.
Cleaning Protocol
Enhanced Cleaning Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with local health authority guidelines.
- High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are disinfected.
- Soft, porous materials are properly cleaned or removed.
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings.
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
Before Each Booking
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space.
- Provide a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels, or hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean all common areas accessible to guests, including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other host-provided amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and replace trash can liners.
Protective Gear
The following items are provided for every guest:

- 🧤 Disposable gloves
- 😷 Disposable masks / face coverings
- 🧼 Hand sanitizer
Physical Distance
The space includes the following safety features:
- Capacity is limited according to governmental guidelines.
- Access to outdoor air ventilation.
- HEPA-certified air filters.
- Additional outdoor space.
- Space has been reconfigured to support physical distancing.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the event start time for a full refund (including all fees).
Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding fees).
Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the event start time are non-refundable.
All bookings are subject to the Peerspace Grace Period Policy, which provides a full refund for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking confirmation, provided the cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the event start time.
