Hey there! Our space is conveniently situated on Columbia Pike, providing excellent transit options to Arlington, Alexandria, and Washington, D.C. Plus, we’re only a short 10 to 15-minute drive away from both Washington DC and Tysons Corner.
Our space is perfect for your production needs, whether it be for photography, film, podcasting, or even virtual classes! Our versatile, compartmentalized yet airy space can be transformed to fit the unique requirements of your production Need.
*PLEASE NOTE* setup and break-down time are included in the hours booked, so please take that into consideration when booking.
We have an onsite representative who will be available to welcome you and grant you access to the space. After the booking is accepted, details will be sent about how to access the space 24 hours before the booking starts.

Daylight: Our photo studio, located in a glass building, benefits from an abundance of natural daylight streaming in through large windows on the north and west sides. This setup provides excellent lighting conditions throughout the day, making it an ideal space for photography. The building’s modern design and extensive use of glass enhance the overall ambiance and create a bright, inviting atmosphere. Blackout curtains are available to control the light as needed.
Parking: We have ample amount on-site parking available.
Podcasting :You yourself can create the necessary background for any podcasting task on a white background, chromakey or sitting on a comfortable sofa next to bookshelves, or sitting in a cozy red brick atmosphere around velvet curtains.

An easy-to-manage podcast recording system allows you to record up to 4 people and be the sound engineer yourself. All you need is to bring a laptop or mini SD card with you.
