By booking or using the services of Nova Production Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Client”, “Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. GENERAL TERMS

• By accessing or using this website and/or booking services, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service.
• These Terms apply to all users including browsers, customers, and anyone booking services.
• We may update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. SERVICES & STUDIO BOOKINGS

• Nova Production Studio provides photography, videography, studio space rental, equipment, lighting, props, and related services.
• All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our official channels.
• Booking times include setup and wrap‑up. Any extra time will be charged as per hourly rates.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Stripe (credit/debit cards), PayPal, or other approved methods.
  2. Booking Fee: A minimum deposit/booking fee may be required to reserve a date and time. Booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
  3. Saved Payment Details:
    • By providing your card information, you authorize Nova Production Studio to save your payment details securely via Stripe.
    • Your saved card information may be used to charge future services, add‑ons, or events if you consent during the initial booking (e.g., for supplies, extended hours, cancellation fees, etc.).
    • All card information is securely stored by Stripe and not stored on our servers.
  4. Final Payment: Remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session as agreed.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Customer Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled date receive a full refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before may be subject to a partial refund or no refund depending on circumstances.
    • Studio Cancellation: If we must cancel due to unforeseen events (weather, emergency, technical issues), you will be offered a full refund or reschedule options.
    • No‑Show: Failure to show up without notice may result in forfeiture of payments.

5. STUDIO USAGE & EQUIPMENT

• Customers must handle studio equipment (lights, backdrops, props, cameras) with care.
• Any damage caused during your session is the customer’s responsibility.
• Studio space and equipment are for professional usage only. Smoking, alcohol misuse, or unlawful activity is prohibited.

6. COPYRIGHT & DELIVERABLES

• Work created by Nova Production Studio (photos, videos, edits) remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• After full payment, clients receive usage rights for personal or agreed‑upon commercial purposes.
• With your prior consent, we may use samples of your work for marketing, portfolio, or promotional use.

7. LIABILITY & WAIVER

• Nova Production Studio is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal belongings while on premises.
• All services are provided “as‑is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error‑free usage.
• You agree not to hold the studio liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. PRIVACY & DATA

• Personal information collected during booking is used for service delivery only.
• Card details are securely handled by Stripe and not stored on our servers.
• Saved payment details are only used for future charges with your consent as part of the booking process.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the state of Virginia.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Nova Production Studio regarding your use of services and supersede all prior agreements.
