Studio Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking start time receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days before the booking receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

  • One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 72 hours before the booking.
  • Same-day rescheduling requests are subject to a $25 fee.
  • Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.

No-Show Policy

  • No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled for free.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Booking time begins and ends at the scheduled time.
  • Late arrivals do not receive additional time unless availability permits.
  • Additional time is billed at the standard hourly rate.

Overtime Policy

  • Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.
  • Unauthorized overtime may be billed at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.

Cleaning & Damage Policy

  • Clients must leave the studio in the same condition it was received.
  • Excessive mess, glitter, confetti, smoke effects, body oil, paint, fake blood, or stains may result in additional cleaning fees.
  • Damaged backdrops, furniture, props, or equipment will be charged at replacement cost.

Backdrop Policy

  • Seamless paper backdrops are considered consumable and may incur additional charges if excessively damaged or heavily stepped on.
  • Please avoid cutting, tearing, or dragging equipment across backdrops.

Guest & Capacity Policy

  • Guest count must match the booking details.
  • Additional guest fees may apply if the guest limit is exceeded.

Studio Access Policy

  • Setup and breakdown time must be included within the booking duration.
  • Early entry is not guaranteed.

Food, Alcohol & Smoking Policy

  • Smoking, hookah, illegal substances, and open flames are prohibited inside the studio.
  • Alcohol must be approved in advance for events.
  • LED candles are recommended instead of real candles.

Equipment Usage Policy

  • Studio equipment must be handled properly and returned to its original position after use.
  • Missing or damaged equipment will be billed to the client.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

Agreement

By booking the studio, the client agrees to all studio policies and accepts responsibility for guests and damages during the reservation period.
