This rental is a loft-style apartment available for small intimate parties. Large windows, concrete floors, open concept, full kitchen. Our versatile, compartmentalized yet airy space can be transformed to fit the unique requirements of your event needs. Minimum booking is 6 hours. since it’s a high-rise residential building. Please be mindful of the below rules: -Loud music, jumping, and yelling, is not allowed. You may have moderate-volume music. – Hanging out in the hallway or in the parking lot is not allowed. -Smoking in the studio or building is not allowed. The building is a smoke-free zone.

Parking description
Up to 5 parking spots are available on the 4th Floor (Level E Rooftop) of the parking garage.
After parking on Level E, you can walk over the small pedestrian bridge to enter the site — no need to go through the lobby entrance or Club room if parked on the top floor.

Host Rules

General Rules

  • Can only host until 8:00 PM — no yelling or jumping.

  • No smoking in the building. This is a smoke-free zone.

  • No hanging out in the hallway or parking lot.

  • Please keep in mind, this is a residential building.

  • Meeting Rooms, Events Rooms, Podcast Room, and Training Rooms are only available to reserve if videography services are provided by us for those sessions.

  • All ages are allowed in the space.


Security Cameras and Recording Devices

  • The building is equipped with security cameras for insurance purposes and your protection.

  • Upon entry, you’ll find two small cameras in the compact room.

  • There are no cameras in the main studio area where photos are taken.

  • Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are strictly prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We maintain our own checklist to ensure that cleaning procedures are properly followed. The place is inspected 15 minutes before any booking to ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection.
Masks and gloves are provided to guests upon arrival.

Cleaning Protocol

Enhanced cleaning measures:

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities.

  • High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are thoroughly disinfected.

  • Soft, porous materials are properly cleaned or removed.

  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings.

  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space.

  • Supply a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels, or provide hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

  • Clean common areas accessible to guests, including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
